This year I was in awe of Em's next level plant-based recipes captured by her gorgeous photography skills. 2015 saw the launch of her third book, The Rawsome Vegan Cookbook and new, original recipes such as the Oreo-ish Tarts pictured above, Summer Rolls and these Crunchy Gooey Sweet Caramel Chocolate Buckwheat Slices.

Many visit My New Roots for the photography alone let alone the delicious and nutritious recipes. The Best Special Diets Blog winner of 2014 launched the book, My New Roots, in 2015 and shared recipes for Winter Rainbow Panzanella, Deluxe Butternut Macaroni and Tease and recipes that you won't find elsewhere like these Fantastic Falafel Waffles.

Ella shares healthy recipes and fitness, beauty and motivational posts. 2015 saw the launch of the Deliciously Ella book, the Peace & Love line, the Deliciously Ella mobile app and the opening of The Mae Deli by herself and her partner amid much controversy. See Deliciously Ella for more.
Jenny shares a maximal life for the minimalist through the clean, moody and captivating photography and videography on her blog and YouTube channel. I discovered her work in September when Em from This Rawsome Vegan Life adapted a dumpling recipe from Jenny's newly published book, New Vegan.

Last, but definitely not least, Not Quite Nigella continued to take the foodie blogging world by storm this year. The Sydney based foodie took us from Thailand to Byron Bay and even to The Yukon as well as sharing her experiences at the best new eateries in Sydney. Lorraine shared more original recipes such as Eton Mess and All Fruit Soft Serve and made Christmas this year for myself and my friend Blauw after signing her book after my last minute request.
