PIA Balls - Peanut Butter and Chia Seed Protein Balls (GF & DF)


These peanut butter and chia seed protein balls are so quick and easy to make and make a yummy, healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 12 pitted dates
- 8 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 & 1/2 tablespoons of unflavoured protein powder
- 2 heaped teaspoons of chia seeds
- A generous scoop of honey (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)*

Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until evenly mixed.
2. Roll into approximately 16-20 balls, coat in chia seeds and place on a tray in the fridge until set (at least 1 hour).

*Skip the honey for a vegan version.
