An easy peasy vegan garlic bread hack for lazy cooks.
Now, we could get all gourmet and spend time making our own loaves from scratch, topping our homemade bread with fresh garlic, handpicked herbs from the garden and various toppings. Or! We could make like a lazy cook with this vegan garlic bread hack (I think I would call this more of a hack than a recipe) and make some quick and easy, delicious, garlicky herb bread to dig into faster than you can say pizza.
I was stoked to find out that Baker's Delight bakes a surprising number of vegan items including the rolls I used for this garlic bread. I served it up with Zucchini Spaghetti and Veggie Balls but it would also go well with soups, salads, pizza and any pasta dish really.
What's your favourite lazy recipe? Do you believe in eating garlic bread with anything other than pizza or pasta?

DeleteI'm always a fan of a good "hack". Recipes are okay, but I like the quicker versions most days :)
